August 2025 Owner’s UpdateAugust 24, 2025

Introductory Note from the Owner

As we move through the final stretch of summer here in the Treasure Valley, I’ve been reflecting on how far we’ve come since launching in March. What started as a vision to bring fresh design, staging, and furnishing solutions to our community has quickly grown into a thriving business — one that’s only possible because of the incredible clients, partners, and neighbors who’ve welcomed us so warmly.

This month marks the beginning of a new tradition: a monthly Owner’s Update. My goal is to give you a behind-the-scenes look at what we’re building at Set the Stage Boise — from newly staged properties and exciting client partnerships to upcoming events and new ways we’re serving the Treasure Valley.

August has been full of momentum, and I’m excited to share some highlights with you. Let’s take a look at what we’ve been up to.

Portfolio Highlights

Newly Staged Properties

9881 Wildbranch Dr, Star
Our very first project in Star! This bright, airy home called for a clean and welcoming design that balances elegance with everyday comfort. Soft textures and natural tones highlight its open floor plan and bring out the warmth of the space. View the portfolio →

13673 Key West St, Caldwell
Another milestone — our first staging project in Caldwell. For this family-friendly home, we leaned into layered textures and warm neutrals to create spaces that feel both stylish and inviting. Thoughtful staging brings out the home’s flow and showcases its potential for comfortable living. View the portfolio →

Recently Sold or Pending

Even with the Treasure Valley housing market cooling in recent months, we’ve seen how staging continues to make a meaningful impact. These recent successes are proof that a well-presented home can still capture buyer attention and inspire confidence, even in a slower market.

8268 Robinson Rd, Kuna
Our very first project in Kuna has now gone pending. Thoughtful design highlighted this property’s best features, helping it stand out and connect with buyers. View the portfolio →

12462 South Sunrise Mist Loop, Nampa
This Nampa home also found its buyer, with staging playing a key role in creating an inviting, move-in-ready impression that helped it rise above the competition. View the portfolio →

Ongoing Initiatives

Online Designer Furniture Pop-Ups

Behind the scenes, we’re developing an e-commerce gateway where customers can shop curated collections of designer furniture and décor. Each month we’ll feature a new collection available for a limited two-week window. Orders will then be delivered to our warehouse and ready for pickup in the first half of the following month. This project is still in progress — stay tuned for our first collection launch.

In-Person Designer Furniture Pop-Ups

We’re also planning our first in-person pop-up event, set for a Saturday this October right here at our office parking lot. Think of it as a community street fair with food trucks, local lifestyle brands, and plenty of beautiful furniture finds. If you or someone you know would like to participate, we’d love to hear from you.

Partnership & Client Spotlights

Our success depends on the relationships we build and nurture. This month, we’re excited to introduce new landing pages that showcase the incredible clients and partners who help make our work possible:

We’re also proud to feature several of our top furnishing suppliers — trusted brands like
Four Hands, Coaster Furniture, and Crestview Collection. Through these partnerships, our clients gain access to designer-quality furniture and décor without the traditional retail markup.

For our business partners, this means model homes, rental properties, and listings can be staged or furnished with pieces that enhance value and make a lasting impression. For our individual clients, it means you can shop the same curated collections we use in staging to bring elevated style into your own home — with the convenience of us handling every step of the order and delivery process.

Whether you’re preparing a property for market or looking to add character to your living space, these partnerships allow us to bring style, quality, and value directly to you. Explore our furnishing partners →

Upcoming Community Events

Boise Pride Festival
We’re proud to be participating in the Boise Pride Festival on Saturday, September 6 and Sunday, September 7. This celebration reflects our commitment to treating all people with respect and dignity. Stop by our booth for interactive games, a chance to learn about joining our team of staging specialists, and an opportunity to win a big giveaway prize — a beautiful designer accent chair.

The festival is one of Boise’s most vibrant community events, and we’re excited to be part of it. We look forward to connecting with neighbors, friends, and future clients who share in the joy of celebrating the richness of the human experience. Learn more →

Closing Thoughts

As I look back on August, I’m grateful for the progress we’ve made — from staging our very first homes in Star, Caldwell, Kuna, and Nampa to building out new initiatives that will connect us even more deeply with the Treasure Valley community. None of it would be possible without the clients, partners, and neighbors who continue to trust and support us.

This is just the beginning. Each month, I’ll share these updates as a way of keeping you connected to our journey and giving you a glimpse of what’s ahead. Thank you for being part of the story we’re writing together.
