September 2025 Owner’s UpdateSeptember 29, 2025

As the leaves start to change and the Treasure Valley shifts toward fall, Set the Stage Boise continues to grow, connect, and create meaningful spaces. Here are some of the highlights from this past month and an exciting look at what’s to come.

Highlights from the Month

Welcoming Two New Team Members

This month, we were thrilled to welcome two new staging specialists—Mikaela and Sarah—to the Set the Stage Boise team. Their creativity, design instincts, and eye for detail are already making a difference in our projects. Their full bios will be posted online soon so you can get to know them better.

Riverwood Homes: Three Stunning New Builds

We had the privilege of staging three new build homes masterfully crafted by Riverwood Homes. Two were in the beautiful Osprey Estates development in Nampa, and one was in the Inspirado development in Star. Each home provided a unique canvas for our team to highlight flow, comfort, and architectural features that make buyers fall in love at first sight.

Please follow us on Instagram for future posts featuring these projects.

Collaboration with Sarah Libengood, Goodlife Real Estate Group

This month also marked the beginning of a new relationship with real estate agent Sarah Libengood of the Goodlife Real Estate Group at Keller Williams. Together, we staged a lovely owner-occupied home near the north end of Lake Lowell in Caldwell.

Using the homeowner’s own furniture as a foundation, our team layered in elegant décor, rugs, lamps, and select inventory pieces to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere that practically said: “buy me!” The results spoke for themselves—Sarah’s client received an offer in just two days, and the sale is already pending. Congratulations to Sarah and her client!

Looking Ahead

Ecommerce Launch: Designer Collections Online

We’re putting the finishing touches on the ecommerce portion of our website, designed to make purchasing curated furnishings easier than ever. Here’s how Set the Stage will stand out from other retailers:

  • Curated Collections: Each collection is thoughtfully designed to flow together in any home.
  • Better Value: By avoiding the overhead of big-box stores, we’re able to pass savings on to our customers.
  • Special Opportunities: We’ll offer unique chances to purchase both new and like-new items—pieces used exclusively in our vacant home staging projects.

Upcoming Pop-Up Event

We’re also finalizing details for a special in-person Pop-Up event to be held right here in our Staging Studio and outdoor parking lot. The event will bring together businesses aligned with our mission to elevate the Treasure Valley lifestyle, featuring local food, arts, and crafts vendors alongside our own curated collections. Stay tuned for dates and details—we can’t wait to welcome you.

September was all about growth, collaboration, and setting the stage (literally and figuratively) for exciting new opportunities. Remember, we’re always just a call away—and we’d love to meet up anytime to talk through your furnishing or staging needs.

Our Designer Furnishing Packages are ideal for Airbnb and VRBO hosts, property managers, investors, and builders looking for turnkey solutions that combine curated style, durable quality, and white-glove installation. Whether you need to fully outfit a short-term rental, design a model home, or elevate a senior living community, we’ve got you covered.
