Home Staging Specialist Description
Do you love interior design and home décor? Are you looking for a flexible, fun, and creative part-time job? Set the Stage Boise Treasure Valley is seeking creative and detail-oriented Home Stagers to join our team!
Our ideal candidate is an interior design student, homemaker, caretaker, or any qualified individual looking for a creative outlet. This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of staging and design projects while providing the flexibility to accept or decline jobs at your discretion!
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Lead Stagers and team members to plan and execute home staging projects.
- Select and arrange furniture, décor, and accessories to create cohesive, inviting spaces.
- Manage staging inventory. Pull and pack items in preparation for loading, transport, and unloading by professional movers.
- Maintain and restock inventory, ensuring items are carefully handled and organized.
- Communicate professionally with Staging Directors and adapt to feedback as needed.
- Adhere to staging guidelines and company standards while bringing your creative touch.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to work within established staging guidelines.
- Physical stamina to lift and move furniture (up to 50 lbs) and perform on-site tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- A teachable attitude and eagerness to grow within the company.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Dependability and ability to work flexible part-time hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home staging, interior design, fine/performing arts, or related fields.
- Familiarity with local real estate trends.
Work Environment & Schedule
- On-site work at our warehouse and properties throughout the Treasure Valley.
- Flexible hours with occasional evening or weekend availability required.

Compensation & Benefits
- To incentivize timely completion of projects, stagers are paid a generous flat-rate for most staging jobs and functions based on the complexity and experience required to execute the assigned duties. These details will be further discussed during the interview.
- Other functions such as training, team meetings, and warehouse support are paid on an hourly basis, starting at $15/hr.
