Set against the scenic backdrop of Kuna’s countryside, this farmhouse offered unique charm and plenty of space—but its vacant interiors and bold, eclectic finishes made it difficult for buyers to envision its full potential. The listing agent brought in Set the Stage to help transform the space into something more accessible and inviting.
We staged the living room, kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom with ensuite, main bath, and a bonus living space in the basement as part of our enhanced base package. With its colorful contrasts, floating shelves, and distinctive architectural details, our design goal wasn’t to mute the home’s character, but to bring balance to its vibrant style.
We curated a mix of modern and rustic furnishings that complemented the home’s farmhouse roots while softening its busier elements. Light textiles, organic textures, and thoughtfully scaled furniture helped bring harmony to the colorful kitchen and living areas. Rather than compete with bold cabinetry and countertops, we used contrast intentionally—letting the staging act as a grounding element that tied the rooms together visually.
Downstairs, the additional living space was styled as a cozy retreat—perfect for movie nights, play space, or guest overflow. By showing how each room could function comfortably, we helped buyers picture how the home could flex to meet a variety of lifestyles.
This project highlights how smart, design-forward staging can unify bold interiors and broaden a home’s appeal—without stripping away what makes it special.
