This Star property offered buyers an easy-living, single-level layout with timeless finishes and a serene canal-side setting. With spacious common areas, a private primary suite, and thoughtful design details throughout, it was already a strong listing. What it needed was a staging plan that would bring out its bright, airy character and help buyers see the lifestyle it makes possible.
Set the Stage was contracted to furnish and style the main living spaces and primary suite using our base staging package. Because the home was vacant, our priority was to emphasize light, flow, and livability.
Drawing inspiration from the home’s subtle French Country architecture, we layered in furnishings with clean silhouettes and a modern edge, nodding to Mediterranean ease while keeping the overall design fresh and versatile. In the living and dining areas, we used soft neutrals and textured accents to amplify natural light and make the rooms feel open and welcoming. The kitchen was styled with a restrained touch, allowing its cabinetry and stone surfaces to stand out on their own.
In the primary suite, scaled furnishings and gentle textiles created a restful retreat while underscoring the room’s generous proportions. The overall effect was a bright, polished atmosphere that highlights the property’s turnkey appeal.
This project also marked our first staging installation in the Star market—a milestone we’re proud to celebrate as we continue to expand our services throughout the Treasure Valley.
